Dishes and glasses have to be rinsed clean, the garbage sorted and packaged, and the house swept clean.
Some owners charge a fee if the house is not left properly.

The best way to find out the current tourist tax is to aks the owner directly on site.

The costs for an internetconnection depends on the rent of a router and the data volume used. Please inquire about the current fees directly on site.

If the Internet connection is established by a WIFI router of the provider, the availability also depends on the reception quality in the house. The routers are usually only available in limited numbers.
