Eine schöne Villa mit Pool und Meerblick von der überdachten Terrasse.Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit reserviertem Zugang.

Description of the holiday home

Das gut ausgestattete Haus hat ein klimatisiertes Wohnzimmer mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küchenzeile, Sofa, Tisch und Stühlen, TV, Klimaanlage. Im Haus sind zwei Schlafzimmer, es steht auch eine Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, ein Haartrockner und ein Staubsauger zur Verfügung.
Der direkte Weg zum 400m entfernten Strand ist nur für trittsichere Personen geeignet.

Additional costs

Consumption-dependent additional costs for electricity, water and gas are included in the rent.
Only these consumption costs are billed individually:

Final cleaning: 40 €
Dishes and glasses have to be rinsed clean, the garbage sorted and packaged, and the house swept clean.
Some owners charge a fee if the house is not left properly.

Additional prices

Deposit: 200 €

Rental for bed-linen and towels per person: 15 €

Tourist tax of the region (no guarantee): 3 € per person and per day
The best way to find out the current tourist tax is to aks the owner directly on site.

Additional bed: no rental

All rubbish (paper, plastic, glass, wet waste, etc.) must be sorted and placed in the adjacent communal street

On the day of departure, any remaining rubbish must be taken away from the flat

Failure to do so will result in a charge of €50

 

General cancellation fees of the owner for this holiday home:

  • up to 45 days prior to arrival: 20%
  • up to 20 days prior to arrival: 50%
  • up to 2 days prior to arrival: 90%
  • from 1. day prior to arrival: 100%
