Dieses große Haus hat einen besonders schönen Meerblick von den Terrassen und liegt inmitten von Zitronen-, Mandel- und Olivenbäumen. Von der möblierten Terrasse vor dem Haus blickt man auf die vorgelagerte Insel La Maddalena. Auf der Dachterrasse mit mit Liegestühlen ist der Ausblick besonders schön.
Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet, klimatisiert und hat zwei Badezimmer. Mit Hochstuhl und Kinderbett ist es für Familien kleinen Kindern gut geeignet. Der direkte Weg zum Strand beträgt 650m, es ist ein schmaler nicht befestigert Pfad, der Trittsicherheit erfordert.
