Only a coastal road separates this house from the beautiful bays of the Ogliastra coast with its crystal-clear water. You live directly by the sea, about 500 m away you can also reach the beach of FOXI LIONI on foot in a few minutes.
The other beaches of Marina di Tertenia, such as Foxi Murdegu, can be reached quickly by car.
The apartment has 2 beds + crib, so it is ideal for a couple with a child.
There is a kitchenette - dining/living room - 1 bedroom with double bed - bathroom with shower.
Outside is a terrace with beautiful sea view, further there is a barbecue, outdoor shower, private garden, parking in front of the house.
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, fridge and oven, microwave. In the house there is a TV, washing machine, 1 air conditioner in the living area, wifi, mosquito nets, iron + ironing board.
The main services such as mini market, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, kiosks, etc. are all within 1 or 2 minutes by car.
All other services are available in the village of Tertenia, which is about 15 km from the marina area.
