Charming holiday home in an old shepherd's village on a spacious garden plot with fantastic sea views. Sandy beach and village with good shopping facilities 5 minutes away by car. The house is situated above the village of Budoni, in a quiet, green hillside location. A large panoramic terrace with outdoor fireplace, a second, screened sun terrace and a spacious garden (2000 sqm) offer plenty of space for a Mediterranean holiday. Shaded car park on the property.
Casa Rosa was built by us in the early nineties and has been the apple of our family's eye ever since. We regularly visit the house, maintain the interior and garden, buy new things and sort out old things. With our large family and lots of children, it's the ideal place to get together. We always enjoy this beautiful place ourselves and do our best to ensure that our guests feel as comfortable here as we do.
The whole house can be rented: there are 2 bedrooms in the upper part of the house and there is room for 4-5 people (4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children). In addition, there is another room for two people with a shower room and washing machine in the lower part of the house below the terrace. It can be made available if required. It is only rented together with the house and otherwise remains free.
