Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung direkt an einem See, der private Strand ist gerade 20 Meter entfernt. Das Meer ist 300 Meter entfernt, vom Garten bietet sich ein schöner Blick auf eine idyllische Landschaft. Supermärkte und Restaurants bei Cala Liberotto sind schnell zu erreichen.
Der Naturpark Biderrosa mit seinen vielen geschützten Naturstränden liegt in direkter Umgebung.
Der Vermieter bietet kostenlos Liegestühle für den Strand am See und ein Tretboot an, mit dem Sie auf den See fahren können.
Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass das Grundstück direkt an Villa sa Curcurica grenzt. Wenn Sie also mit mehreren Personen oder einer kleinen Gruppe anreisen, können Sie auch beide Objekte buchen.
Im Haus gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer. Von der Terrasse gelangt man über den Garten direkt zu einem kleinen Privatstrand an dem See vor dem Haus.
