Das Haus liegt nur 400 Meter vom kilometerlangen Sandstrand Marina di Orosei entfernt auf einem großen Grundstück. Den Strand erreichen Sie über kleine Brücken, die über den Cedrino-Fluss führen. Der Strand liegt hinter einem durchgehenden, schattenspendenden Pinienhain, in der Umgebung sind viele weitere Strände und Buchten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, von der Terrasse haben Sie einen schönen Blick auf das Meer.
Das Haus ist im Jahr 2012 neu renoviert worden und bietet Platz für 5-7 Personen, wobei 3 Personen auf dem Schlafsofa und einem klappbaren Zustellbett übernachten können. Neben den beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es noch eine Wohnküche und eine große Terrasse.
Die Heizung im Haus ist elektrisch und in der Küche installiert, von dort heizt sie auch den Wohnraum. Für die Benutzung fallen zusätzliche Kosten an.

Is there Internet / WiFi in the accommodation?
Most holiday homes are located near the beach or in the countryside and do not have fixed internet access. Often mobile routers are rented out that connect to the internet like a mobile phone. The speed depends very much on the reception quality at the house and is not comparable with wired access.
Many particularly beautiful, inexpensive houses or those offered privately do not have internet. We therefore recommend using your own mobile phone, because often a mobile data connection is hardly or not more expensive than in the home country and better than renting a router.
