Casa Maria liegt umgeben von Olivenbäumen, Oleander und Myrte in einer sardischen Berglandschaft am Meer. Von der Terrasse haben Sie einen atemberaubenden Meerblick.
Gerade Linien und moderne Klassik sind charakteristisch für Casa Maria. Dieses Haus wurde von einem Ingenieur entworfen, der Stil und Zweckmäßigkeit harmonisch miteinander in Verbindung brachte.
Wie bei anderen sardischen Landhäusern sind auch hier eine große Veranda und Pergolen zu finden. Die mit Kalk verputzten Wände schützen vor der sommerlichen Hitze.
Das Haus besteht aus Küche, Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad mit Dusche, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine. Es wird nur die obere Etage vermietet.
