Das Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße auf einem großen Grundstück von 5000qm. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und durch ein Tor verschlossen.
Nur 400m entfernt, hinter einem Pinienhain von Su Petrosu, ist der schöne lange Sandstrand von Orosei, den man auch zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der Strand ist auch in der Hochsaison nicht überfüllt und bietet viel Platz vor einem schönen Piniengürtel.
Die schöne alte Stadt Orosei mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften liegt ganz in der Nähe des Hauses.
Das Haus hat einen großen, grünen Garten mit Grillplatz und einer überdachten Terrasse. Im Haus sind zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, im großen Wohnraum ist ein Esstisch, ein Kamin und die Küche. Alle Fenster sind mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet.

Most holiday homes are located near the beach or in the countryside and do not have fixed internet access. Often mobile routers are rented out that connect to the internet like a mobile phone. The speed depends very much on the reception quality at the house and is not comparable with wired access.
