Just 480 meters from the enchanting beaches of la Torre and not far from the beach of Sa Marina, a beautiful newly built real estate structure has been built. Excellent position. Practical, beautiful, panoramic apartment, developed on one level on the first floor, fully furnished and carefully finished. The accommodation has two large verandas, one at the entrance, and one at the back with a panoramic view of the sea, equipped with outdoor table and chairs, and consists of a large living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a spacious double bedroom (with divisible beds) with small balcony overlooking the sea, a bedroom with two smaller single beds and large bathroom with shower cubicle. Equipment: Complete kitchen, dishes, oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, LCD television with digital decoder, iron, two air conditioners (in the two bedrooms, not in the living area) common barbecue in the large courtyard, two outdoor showers in shared, deckchairs on the veranda, uncovered parking in the courtyard.
