Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf der ersten Etage einer freistehenden Villa und hat zwei Etagen. Der schöne Strand Cala Fuile ist nur Meter entfernt, und die Position des Hauses ist auch ideal, um die unzähligen Strände, Naturschätze und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Gegend zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung hat eine geräumige Küche und drei hochwertig eingerichteten Schlafzimmer mit jeweils mit eigenem Badezimmer.
Die Schlafzimmer liegen alle zusammen auf einer Etage und haben einen Zugang zu einer kleineren Terrasse. Eine zweite, große Terrasse im Obergeschoss ist durch die Küche zu erreichen. Von hier aus genießt man einen umwerfenden Meerblick, mit einem goldenen Sonnenaufgang in der Früh.
Die große Terrasse im Obergeschoss ist mit Stühlen, Tisch und Korb-Sitzmöbeln ausgestattet. Alle Terrassen sind nur von dieser Wohnung aus zugänglich. Das Bild der großen Terrasse zeigt noch die Bestuhlung aus einer Zeit, in der die Wohnungen des Hauses als B&B angeboten wurden. Sie werden jetzt aber nur noch einzeln vermietet.
Nur 800 m vom Haus entfernt befindet sich eine empfehlenswerte Snack-Bar, an der auch schmackhafte Fisch- und Fleischgerichte serviert werden. In dem naheliegenden Stadtteil Sos Alinos, finden sie u.a. Restaurants, Friseur und Supermärkte sowie eine Apotheke.
