Only 200m from the sea is this villa with a 2000 square meter garden and 4 apartments as well as a swimming pool for shared use.
The large apartment is on the mezzanine floor and has a large covered veranda for exclusive use, equipped with a table and chairs and a portable fridge, so that meals can be taken outside while enjoying the beautiful view of the pine forest opposite.
The apartment is very bright and south-east facing. It has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a large bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a second double bedroom on request, and a bedroom with two single beds. These rooms have access to the second bathroom, which is located in the sleeping area of the apartment.
The apartment is completed by a large living room with table and chairs and a living room with satellite TV for the reception of free-to-air channels in Italian, German and French.
The kitchen, which is separate from the living room, is equipped with the usual appliances and has a table and chairs so that meals can be taken directly in the kitchen without having to set the table in the living room or on the veranda.
