Die Wohnung Villa Francesco 1 liegt in der ersten Etage des Hauses und hat einen eigenen Zugang. Vom Balkon dieser Wohnung haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und die umgebende Landschaft.
In dem schön angelegten Garten sind Olivenbäume und viele typische mediterrane Pflanzen wie Myrte, Mastix und Erdbeerbaum. Im hinteren Bereich des Garten gibt es einen großen Grill mit Sitzbereich, der von beiden Wohnungen genutzt werden kann. Weiter gibt es vor dem Haus eine moderne Außendusche.
In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Stände, und Cala Liberotto mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist knapp einen Kilometer entfernt.
In diesem freistehenden Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage sind zwei schöne Ferienwohnungen. Es wurde im Jahr 2009 komplett renoviert. Die Wohnung Villa Francesco 1 im Obergeschoss bietet einen schönen Blick auf das Meer, während Villa Francesco 2 direkten Zugang zum Garten von der Terrasse hat. Der große Garten kann von allen Mietern genutzt werden.
Bei gleichzeitiger Belegung beider Wohnungen bietet das Haus Platz für bis zu 10 Personen.

Is there Internet / WiFi in the accommodation?
Most holiday homes are located near the beach or in the countryside and do not have fixed internet access. Often mobile routers are rented out that connect to the internet like a mobile phone. The speed depends very much on the reception quality at the house and is not comparable with wired access.
