This flat has three bedrooms and a beautifully landscaped balcony off the terrace and garden. The two smaller flats are often rented together by families or small groups.
A house with three rented flats and private access to the long sandy beach of Orosei only 50m away.
A short path leads from the house to a jetty to be used by the tenants over the small river that separates the mainland from the sea. As there is no parking at this spot by other visitors, the beach section is very easy to reach from the house, but for other bathers only via a longer footpath.
Two almost identical flats in the house share a large outdoor terrace, each of the two flats has its own balcony. A third large flat has 4 bedrooms and a large living room.
