Das Ferienhaus liegt an der Bucht Porto Pollo, umgeben von der typischen Vegetation Sardiniens. Die Strände der Costa Serena-Angolo Azzurro sind nur wenige Minuten von Porto Pollo-Isola dei Gabbiani entfernt.
Der Strand ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Umgebung ist auch bei sportlichen Aktivurlaubern beliebt. Es werden verschiedene Dienstleistungen angeboten:
Kite-Surfen, Windsurfen, Segeln, Wasserski, Bootsverleih, Ausflüge zu den Inseln, Reiten, Restaurants, Bars, Food, Disco/Pub am Strand, Fahrradverleih, Lebensmittel und ärztliche Versorgung.
Das Haus hat eine überdachter Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und einem kleinen Garten mit Grill. Im Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage ist eine Schlafcouch,TV und eine Küchenzeile. Im Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ist ein Schrank und eine Kommode, in einem weiteren Schlafzimmer stehen zwei Einzelbetten und ein Kleiderschrank.
