Dieses klimatisierte Haus hat eine schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick, die an einen kleinen Garten grenzt. Der Strand ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.
In der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind verschiedenesportliche Angebote zu finden: Kitesurfen, Windsurfen, Wassersport, Bootsverleih, Fahrrad-Fahrrad-Verleih, Essen und medizinische Versorgung.
Cala Petralana ist ein kleiner Touristenort bei den schönen Stränden von Costa Serena-Angolo Azzurro. Porto Pollo-Gull ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, weltweit bekannt für zahlreiche sportliche Angebote und Schlauchboot-Verleih, Ausflüge zu den Inseln, Reiten, Restaurants, Bars, Essen, Disco-Pubs am Strand.
Im Haus ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schrank, sowie ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Stockbett. Im Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und TV ist noch ein Schlafsofa für bis zu zwei weitere Personen. Im Haus sind zwei Badezimmer mit Duschkabinen.
