Diese Villa in Cala Gonone steht direkt am Meer und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf den Golfo di Orosei von der erhöhten Terrasse.
Das Haus bietet viel Platz ist für Familien und Gruppen bestens geeignet.
Im Haus gibt es 4 Schlafzimmer mit insgesammt 12 Betten, ein kleiner Raum kann auch als fünftes Schlafzimmer genutzt werden. Die Betten können je nach Bedarf unterschiedlich in den Schlafzimmern angeordnet werden. Weiter gibt es 2 Badezimmer und einen gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler.
Der Wohnbereich mit Kamin ist mit bequemen Sofas und Stühlen ausgestattet, die teilweise von lokalen Schreinern angefertigt wurden. Durch die großen Fenster haben Sie auch aus dem Wohnraum einen schönen Blick auf das Meer.
Im Flur mit Garderobe ist genügend Platz für mitgebrachte Kleidung und Koffer. Direkt am Haus können zwei Fahrzeuge geparkt werden.
Die Terrasse ist Gartenmöbeln und einem weiteren überdachten Sitzbereich ausgestattet, in dem kleinen privaten Garten kann gegrillt werden.
