The house is located in the town of San Giovanni di Sinis, in the province of Oristano, about 10 km from the provincial capital and about 8 km from the town of Cabras, we are immersed in Sinis in one of the most evocative places in western Sardinia, with beautiful beaches and a large archaeological area that of Tharros.
We are in an area rich in biodiversity, with very beautiful beaches, the first is located just a few meters from the house, which looks at it from the living room and a bedroom and then a hundred meters from the house itself is the largest beach of San Giovanni di Sinis close to the archaeological Aria and which then opens onto other very beautiful stretches of sea along Cape San Marco.
the Sinis peninsula has the characteristic of having many wonderful beaches and just 10 km from San Giovanni there is the famous white quartz beach of Is Arutas and also that of Mari Ermi which are magical places in which without buildings you find yourself in a ancient but also modern landscape.
The town of San Giovanni, on the opposite side of the sandy beach, has coves with a series of small and medium-sized beaches inside, which overlook the crystal clear sea of the town. These are a few tens of meters away from the house.

The house is very particular, entering from the back courtyard we find a laundry area and an outdoor shower area and parking area. Taking 4 steps you reach the first covered area where you can have lunch or sunbathe.
From this veranda you access the very finely furnished kitchen, with mostly wooden furniture, a complete kitchen, with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and a myriad of kitchen utensils, but also many antique objects such as lamps, lanterns and similar.
The kitchen leads to a first double bedroom with two single beds which overlooks the courtyard and from this corridor you also reach the complete bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and small bathtub with shower inside. Very important: it should be noted that to enter the shower area inside the bathroom you must enter the bathtub to gain access and then climb over approximately 35 cm. We remind you that the other external shower is in the courtyard and has no barriers.

Continuing along the corridor We find ourselves in the living room of the house, finely furnished, with antiques and finds of various types, with a comfortable parquet that opens onto an area of sofas and where there is also the TV area. from the living room there is access on one side to a bedroom with a beautiful view of the sea front of San Giovanni and the blue of this Marina, with truly spectacular colours, the bedroom is furnished in a comfortable and practical way.
A French window in the living room leads to a spacious veranda, furnished with garden furniture, with table, chairs and deckchairs, which overlooks the locality's sea, giving the possibility of having a covered area and an uncovered area of the veranda itself. We are in a privileged position in a particular location, on a beautiful sea front
