Die große Wohnung ist in allen Räumen klimatisiert, mit 3 Schlafzimmern ist auch für mehrere Personen genügend Platz.

Die beiden Ferienwohungen befinden sich in den oberen Etagen des Hauses und sind weitgehend identisch ausgestattet. Die Wohnung Casa Centro 2 bietet von dem Balkon einen schönen Meerblick, während man von dem Balkon der Wohnung Casa Centro 1 auf den Pinienwald blickt.

Die Wohnungen sind 2012 komplett neu eingerichtet worden, kostenlos parken können Sie direkt auf der Strasse vor dem Haus. Supermarkt, Restaurant und Meer sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
